May 26--day-old lasagna

Here is a picture of my electronic pressure cooker. I got it on Amazon Day last year, whenever that was. The point being that it was something like half-price. I like to use it for certain things like artichokes, ribs, and now lasagna.



I didn't do too much today, intentionally. It was my day of rest. I watched an old movie on TV, read, went out for a walk, and made a homemade pizza from the stuff left over from yesterday's lasagna. It was a good day.
