Medium-well

It is challenging to show off one's cooking skills when the menu is limited to clear liquids. I'm experimenting with a jello souffle.

actually, it would involve ginger ale, I think. And pre-cooled jell-O chunks.

Put a piece of fresh ginger and some scallion in the broth when you're heating it up. The ginger helps (and it tastes better).
