Busy busy busy busy, but I'm getting caught up on homework, the new job rocks, the new place is crowded and too small and a mess, but overall things are reasonably good.

I don't care if it is a cliche, I love the leaves of autumn. And your photo has a special quality, the grey background and the drops of rain show so clearly that we're into November now...
We are into november. Strangely enough today was a beautifully sunny day around here, but we expect rain tomorrow, which is when I will take this picture. ;)
I suppose exotic is relative to your perspective. I see almost every picture you post of your home world as exotic--it makes me dream of visiting there one day!
