Medium-well
It is challenging to show off one's cooking skills when the menu is limited to clear liquids. I'm experimenting with a jello souffle.

Are you serious about jello souffle? I'm wondering what that is and how it would work. Do tell.

The hard part is that every time it wiggles it collapses!

Don't make fun. I'm stoned on percocet here.
I can't believe I even vaguely thought that was a real thing.

Actually, I have received a couple of suggestions for how to actually make a jello souffle. So maybe I'm the dork!
I hope you are having a nice recovery.

actually, it would involve ginger ale, I think. And pre-cooled jell-O chunks.
Put a piece of fresh ginger and some scallion in the broth when you're heating it up. The ginger helps (and it tastes better).

I took your broth suggestion. Also added carrots and celery. Cooking reputation remains intact!
Thanks!
