Hobbit chow
Apr. 24th, 2005 12:21 pmI had the strangest dream last night. I dreamed that I had a bag of hobbit chow, and had put a bowl of it out by the back door. When I got up and looked outside (in the dream), there were three little hobbits eating out of the bowl, like cats.
In other news, yesterday I had it all figured out, but today I am baffled and perplexed.
edit: this whole "hobbit chow" thing seems so familiar--deja vu or something. for that matter, the whole "baffled and perplexed" thing seems familiar too, but that's because it is familiar. i've been down this particular path before.
the afternoon finds me wandering around the house muttering the bad word i like to mutter to myself when I am baffled and perplexed.
i sometimes worry that the bad word i like to mutter to myself when i am alone is going to come flying out of my mouth one sunday while i am preaching.
"Mutter" doesn't even sound like a real word.
this is a good example of how I think.
