
5:17 pm--the beginnings of seafood gumbo. I haven't made this for over a year. I made it a lot after I came back from louisiana, and eventually got the recipe to where I wanted it, just in time to make it for a friend. Unfortunately, I didn't write down exactly how to get there (to the final recipe, not to the friend's house), so I am using my notes from the louisiana journal and guessing.
It smells great.
