March 13--a day out of time
Mar. 13th, 2016 08:01 pmI set the clocks forward last night before going to sleep, and when I woke up, couldn't decide it it was actually time to get up or not. I got up anyway.

Malida responded to the time change by refusing to get out of bed. She had tea and a book. Sounds good to me.
I responded to the time change by cooking dinner for lunch. Normally we go out and get noodles on Sunday, but with the rain and Malida's bed-in, we decided to stay home.

I made a delicious balsamic rosemary pork roast with some roast vegetables and asparagus. Did I mention it was delicious?

After lunch I took a walk in the neighborhood during a lull in the rain. I walked down to the little park and down the street some, then turned back when the rain started again. It wasn't much of a walk, but it felt good to be out. I wore my new Boise State hat.
I came home and did some homework. Mook sat on the back of my chair and whacked me in the face with her tail. It was a good day.
