I was standing at the window of room 5426 looking out at the next storm coming in. We got a lot of rain today. After work I went to the store to get an anniversary card for Malida. The woman behind the counter said "you're wet!"

"It's raining," I replied, and we both laughed. Everybody's happy about the rain.

Yesterday, we got a little rain (which is favorable in comparison to the forecasted ice storm). I walked out to my car from the hospital and smelled it. It was very refreshing and hopeful in that maybe winter will be over soon. Enjoy your rain.
