Inspired by anita_margarita's picture today. Otherwise I had nothing.

There was a huge rainstorm as I drove home from the school today. It was the kind that makes people actually slow down to a reasonable speed on the freeway. That's all I got.

I am tempted to go to Diablo to shoot post-fire photos but it's an hours drive. Close to home is more photos, less driving, even if less drama.

This is Mook, who follows me around all day whenever I am home. One of us is trying to take a nap here.

I haven't been up on Diablo in years. I used to camp up there when I was a kid. After I read your comment I started thinking about it and got up at 5:30 this morning and drove down there. It was foggy and wet, but beautiful.
