Ever since coming back from vacation, I have been in a slump. I have nothing to write about. I can't think of anything to comment on in anyone else's journal entries. I'm tired. My camera has been sitting on the dining room table since we came home.

Poop.

Isn't it amazing how people sometimes need a vacation *from* their vacation??!?

But I'm sure you'll perk up and eventually start posting and commenting again!

You're such a whiner!

Hah. Kidding.

Look in the southwest corner of your living room. There is a cool photo op.

'Sounds like the slumps I go through when I've finished writing a story or doing something else creative. You'll bounce back.

The southwest corner of my living room doesn't have a corner. Now I'm really depressed.

Dear God, Please give myasma the perserverance to postpone procrastination until tomarrow, and please send over some good java for him to drink to perk him up, and after that tell him to get off his ass, and please remind him that no matter what he says, he's always relevant, because the ordinary things and the ordinary words are what we all need as we persevere in our ordinary lives. Amen

After my last bike trip I had a pulled muscle in my scapula. I didn't ride for 4 or 5 weeks until it healed. (I wanted to but it was too painful.) When I did get back on my bike I was amazed at how strong I was. I felt like I could easily ride to Atlanta!

The first thing I thought about after going back to work was how I could get a day off!

It's like draining the batteries and waiting for them to recharge.

We just watched "Whale Rider" the other night and really enjoyed it...my brain is so dull today I can't remember what else we've seen lately that really struck a chord.
