Gee, is the hippo yawning, or hollaring? And why is the piggy sad?

I think that was right after we were married, just after I got talked into buying a $500 suit from Nordstroms while waiting for someone in the men's department.

The "less mysterious reply"

We collect these things when we go places, and we got both the hippo and the pig on the same trip. It didn't take me long to figure out that they were meant to be together.

Whenever Arlina would grump at me, I'd pull them out and set them on the table. She hates it! The pig isn't really sad--he has more of an abashed look--like he just got caught leaving his socks on the floor.

I brought them into work to take pictures of them last year, and they have sat on my computer ever since.

I think the picture says something different though.
