No, no. Just kidding.
I don't really think the dream was actually about my need for a puppy. And I'm not getting one anyway. I've had dogs before, and loved them, but I like the freedom of being able to take off for a few days and not worrying about coming home to the house all torn up. The cats and I have an agreement that works out pretty well--I leave them enough food, and they ignore the fact that I'm not there.
And no, I don't think the dream was about me being put in charge of Pharoh's grain stores in anticipation of the big famine either. That was tuesday night's dream, where I saw seven fat puppies followed by seven skinny ones. They were sure cute!
I really think it was more about something else I have been thinking about that has nothing to do with dogs except maybe as a symbol of unconditional love. But I'm still thinking about it.
