I can't tell if the last word of the little red writing is "coeur" (heart) or "soeur" (sister). Hmm.

It's sister--If you look up et ta sour, it kind of gives an explanation.

it says "et ta sour", which means, "and your sister?" which is apparently some sort of a french retort.
