We were invited to dinner at
gracegiver's. I made an apple crisp for dessert. I had never made one before, but I have made cobblers, so no big deal.

The dinner was great--lots of good food and even better company. The perfect start to the week.

I loved having you two here for dinner. Ky and I were talking after everyone left and observed the difference between a sit down dinner party and a gathering of people mingling throughout the house with nothing more than finger food.. One significant difference is everyone present has a place and a presence in the gathering. People are not stepping on each other in conversations and each of us were able to get a glimps of all who were present. I sort of like that.
