57140--maybe tomorrow, maybe someday

It was kind of a lazy day today. I made breakfast for Malida, and she went in to work for a few hours. I fed the cats, birds and squirrels and did the laundry. I read the newspaper and thought about our trip to Oregon next month. I took a boneless leg of lamb out of the freezer to defrost for lamb kabobs monday.

Our other houseguest is arriving monday afternoon from South Carolina. There will be four of us here, and only one of us not from Thailand. Should be interesting. Pam, our original houseguest will be moving out the second week in May, and this houseguest will return to Thailand the week after.

That's a nice country scene. I do miss living in the country, but being in town has it's perks.
How well do you speak Thai? Enjoy your guests. I'm sure there will be plenty of good food.

I don't speak thai very well at all, but know enough to know when I am being referenced in a conversation. It's the part that is usually followed by laughter. lol.

It is best for me to be in town and be close to family. On the other hand, what if I could afford a country place? Even a field?

I make lamb kabobs about once every three years, but they are always yummy.
