I wanted to write about my weekend, and how my little niece found out how many sausages is too many, and how I read a book to my wife, and everything else that made it a great weekend, but I can't. We are on our way to war, and the knowledge of this has sucked the joy out of it.

I think this war is wrong, and I am appalled that the people who run our country act with such arrogance. I thought I had a lot more to say about it, but the words just won't come. It is just wrong, and I am so discouraged that our country seems to stand for nothing more than the protection of business interests, no matter the cost in human life.

I continue to pray for peace.

I've been reading entries by others for about an hour wondering what it is that I would like to say. What I want to say is this: "What he said." The "he" being you.

It's been eating away at me for a while, and I felt like I just had to say where I stood. Good to have you nearby.

I'm glad you found me. You're very interesting.

[livejournal.com profile] digitalshephed is now strictly Scrapbook stuff
[livejournal.com profile] digitalshepherd is the rest of it. Including today's rant on the war.
