You do indeed look quite satifisied with yourself. I'm going to be in France in a few months can you offer a more current opinion on the tastiness of snail?
They are better sauteed in butter and garlic than fresh out of the garden. How long are you going to be in France? The next time we go we are going to rent an apartment so we can buy fresh stuff in the open air market and cook for ourselves. The mushrooms they have for sale---ahhhhh.....
I should be there for a little less than a week. My wife will meet me at some point. Unfortuneatly neither of us are fans of mushrooms. I'm picky about my food textures and that's one I can't get past. Mooshy and yet firm.
