I just have a quick question... Is there a way to post a picture on my log if I don't have a client downloaded? Do I have to do it in HTML lingo?

I am studying for the permanent diaconate--starting our final year next month. Congrats on your masters--what are you planning to do with it?
As far as your picture question, I don't even use a client--I just do everything at the website. What you need is a place to put your picture, and the html code for its location. As an example, to post the picture above, the first thing I did was upload it to my aol webpage, then copied the address in "properties" I added the lj code, and inserted it into an entry. it looked like this:
The the picture address starts at the http, and ends with the jpg. I removed the < and > at either end of the code so this would show up as code and not a picture, like the first time I tried to respond.
I'm not an expert at this. if you look at the Livejournal FAQ section on the webpage, it has almost everything you need to post stuff.
I had to look back through the other pictures to see if they are really that full, and they are, but I think the colors I infused into it probably exxagerate it a little. Next thin you know she'll have "billy bob" tatooed on her shoulder!
