What a great Sunday. Packed full of good stuff. Here is the short version, because I'm too tired to upload pictures and stuff.

Recipe for a perfect Sunday

1. Get up, make Peet's coffee and read the sunday funnies.
2. Got to Mass and train a couple of altar servers.
3. Go out to Cassady's for breakfast.
4. Pack fruit and stuff in a cooler and grab the camera.
5. Start driving toward the foothills.
6. Stop lots of times to take pictures of whatever.
7. Walk around a quaint gold rush era town and take pictures of whatever.
8. Try on hats.
9. Have ice cream cones.
10. Browse the bookstore and take a picture of the lady who owns it.
11. Almost leave, but decide to visit the last art gallery on the left first.
12. Converse with the artist about renting castles in Tuscany. Take her picture.
13. Buy a ceramic pig for the collection.
14. Stop at Sloughhouse and buy fresh-picked corn for dinner.
15. Take pictures of vegetables.
16. Candlelight dinner for two.
17. Listen to new Cat Power and update LJ.

We are. Going to see Paula at work today in downtown LA (and maybe see the new cathedral). We'll probably leave tomorrow morning, a day or two in the Grand Canyon, and then home! Well, home for me.
