Dogs and politics

I don't really have much to say about the caucuses--anyone who has a chance against Bush is ok with me. But I do have this nifty little dog icon, and I need to use it for something.

I haven't written much about dogs, probably because I don't have any dogs. But when I was a little kid, my neighbors had three little boston puppies, named Moose, Pumper and Twiggy. They were about the happiest little dogs I have ever seen.

I really can't think of anything more to say about them, since the family moved shortly after they got the dogs, and opened up a dude ranch somewhere. The oldest son later got arrested for counterfeiting. He cut the corners off of $10 bills and pasted them on to $1's. What a dumbass. I'm sure the dogs had nothing to do with it.

And why am I remembering all this? dabrooklyn made a post about boxer briefs, and this is what came to my mind. The brain is a strange and marvelous fruit.

Awww! I actually went to an entire university whose mascot is the Boston terrier! (As you may notice when the movie "Miracle" comes out next month....)
