Why slug pictures are popular

zyzylyI don't know. I wanted to post a picture of something I found on the sidewalk yesterday. For some reason I couldn't upload it, but I still wanted to post a picture--just to say "good morning" or something.
There are a group of pictures sitting on my aol webpage that I have never posted. Usually I don't put pictures there until I'm ready to post them to lj. But every once in a while I'll load one and then decide not to post it. They're like orphans waiting to be adopted. Occasionally I'll post them when I have nothing else going on.
The slug was an orphan--after I loaded it, I changed my mind about it. I either didn't like the colors, or couldn't decide between a partial view or a full shot--I don't remember now.
One of the cool things about LJ is that I never really know how you will respond to my pictures. I am continually surprised.
