from the chaplains office

I'm hanging out in the chaplains office at the other hospital, waiting to celebrate a communion service in the chapel. It doesn't start for another half hour. I've already peeked around at all the interesting stuff they have here. The communion wine in the refrigerator has marks on it so you can't sneak a slug or two (not that I would anyway). I just figured out how to get into the computer, so now I am reading all your saturday night dating stories.

Wow, this relationship stuff is really complex! Here is my advice(from the chaplain's chair)--take it slow, and let it play out over time. And stop giggling!

I was told that it's not really sacrilegious to drink communion wine or eat communion wafers like regular foods as long as it's before the blessing. Still, I guess they wouldn't want you chugging all the wine before the party--er, service. :P
