Sorry. That might very well have been me.

Went off on a well-coloured rant about the.... ummmmm ...... "lady" (in the loosest possible sense of that word) .... who purchased our house. Besides paying up three days late, she is now claiming that the property is full of deficiencies - even though she had both a house inspector and pool inspector examine the place before the purchase.

Legally with the sale closed there is nothing she can do about that aspect of it, but we fully expect to have to go to small claims court given the ever-growing shopping list of fault she is finding with the place.

Everything from "Hey, I found a tiny rip in one of the window screens" to a bogus claim that the pool leaks. It's hot. It's dry. It's breezy. Water evaporates!!!!!


I wish I could send her down your way for a bit of a reality check.... but she'd probably complain that the devestation wasn't exactly what she assumed, and that the piles of rubble weren't symetrical enough...
