My darkroom buddies before the lights went out.

We had a great time today--the teacher just kind of cut us loose in there for the first time to print whatever we wanted.

I had a plan--I made a series of test strips with different time and filter settings and a bunch of little test images. It was so cool! I spent half the time just playing with the enlarger, seeing what I could do with it.

Then I printed my first assignment, which is due next week. It took me a while to get it right, but I finally got something I like. I can't wait to go back next week and try some more stuff. I have all sorts of ideas!
