Someone else on my friend's list who lives in the south said it was a cool 68 degrees out so he rolled up the car window, turned the heat on and started listening to Christmas music.
It's still sweet summer-time to me. With pretty red leaves.
I grew up in NC. The first time there's a slight nip in the air, all of a sudden I think it's late October. I wouldn't listen to Christmas music, because that's not until late December, but I've had moments in colder climes when early September felt like November (internally, at least).
