I was covering his speech at the college, and I became fascinated with his hands--he didn't know quite what to do with them. Whenever someone would ask him a question, he would hold his hands behind his back, and I waited to take this shot.
He must be so used to living out of his hands, you know? As a basketball player, always reaching and touching and pointing and scrapping; maybe they have a life of their own not well suited to suits and politics.
