I thought about cropping it, but I didn't want to lose the red thing around her arm. my photojournalism teacher and I often have similar discussions about what stays in and what goes. :)
I thought about it after I left the comment. And as in everything, it depends. The arm says it is a teenager. On the other hand (no pun intended) her beautiful porcelain hands (exquisite) are so powerful sans bracelet. Maybe you can use this two ways.
it's true--it could go either way. i thought about it when i was editing the next one--about how I ought to crop it in a little, but i liked it the way it came out of the camera. but i could have gone either way with it.
I have a fond affection for this... it is one of the two "things" my youngest and I do with our hands when we are across a room from each other. Thank you and your niece for this lovely Mother's Day thought...~A
