have you been pondering the big picture or the small details (at the retreat)?

i would love to do a retreat. it won't be possible for a few months yet....i'll just have to stick to my afternoon sky meditation until then.

I guess I pondered both. I spent one afternoon going around the grounds just looking at the leaves. It is a wonderful way to allow the mind to rest, for the difficult work ahead.

I keep coming back to look at this image. But in one of my flights of fancy, noticed the resemblance to a really well built Swamp Thang. Now that's all I can see. So much for the lofty and high minded visions.

Someone else saw Arnold Swarzenegger, so swamp thing isn't that far off!

I was at a place called Christ The King, in Citrus Heights, north of Sacramento. It is a beautiful place, and very peaceful.
