have you been pondering the big picture or the small details (at the retreat)?

i would love to do a retreat. it won't be possible for a few months yet....i'll just have to stick to my afternoon sky meditation until then.

I guess I pondered both. I spent one afternoon going around the grounds just looking at the leaves. It is a wonderful way to allow the mind to rest, for the difficult work ahead.
