I guess I pondered both. I spent one afternoon going around the grounds just looking at the leaves. It is a wonderful way to allow the mind to rest, for the difficult work ahead.
I keep coming back to look at this image. But in one of my flights of fancy, noticed the resemblance to a really well built Swamp Thang. Now that's all I can see. So much for the lofty and high minded visions.
